100 christmas cookies... Decorated.

My three little sisters and I just finished decorating about 100 xmas cookies.

I only ate three during the several hours that it took to frost and decorate all of them.

Speaking of cookies, I am almost at 3600 cups of cookies given out so far for people coming to see the xmas lights in our area. I went through 12 bags last night, going to buy another case of those and another 600 cups.

Years ago, 3 coworkers and I got together at the pizza shop after we closed. A few hours later, we had THOUSANDS of sugar cookies. We were giving them away to neighbors - anyone we could find to take some off our hands. With a 10 pound 2 foot wide rolling pin, and a mixer that can handle well over 100 pounds of dough at a time (if we wanted that much), and enough oven space with convection to hold twelve 17x25" pans of cookies at a time... It was assembly line time. Boxes upon boxes with frosted cookies, layers separated with wax paper. Though, the frosting wasn't really that neat. (Some sprinklies on some, little cinnamon sprinkles, etc.)
