Well, it can hurt your credit to have too many recently opened accounts. But, if you're not doing making any major purchases that rely on a credit check anytime soon, then I guess it's ok.

As soon as you get it, but that will hurt your credit score. Keep the card open, make a small yearly charge and you'll be better off

I called them...and the confirmed it. But they could not confirm which stores I can get the gift card for.
