100 Memorex 52x CD-R Free After 20MIR

Went to OfficeMax to pick up some flash cards but forgot my cash so I had to use my debit card...but on a .81 item. So I walked around looking for something to buy and ran across a 100 pack of Memorex 52x CD-Rs: 39.99 -20 Instant Rebate, when I checked out they printed a 20 MIR for me as well. All I needed was to mail the Rebate slip and the UPC to get the rebate. Not sure if this is YMMV yet so LMK what you guys/gals come up with and I'll change the title accordingly.

YMMV. Some stores sell the ridata and some have the memrex as the substitute. My store has the Memorex, but it isn't FAR, only the ridata at my store are FAR.

Well good for you! Memorex is CMC Magnetics whereas Ridata is Ritek. So, dump Memorex!

Looking at the bottom of my Memorexs from this deal I must say they are some type of rebadge or something. FAR so I will live with it but near the edges they are no where near perfect like other Memorex cd-rs I have seen.

The Ritek didnt even have a spindle just wrapped and those bottoms looked worse. (couldnt have been actual ridata I dont think.)
