I brought the 40 pound dumbbell set, a pair of jeans, and a set of replacement brush heads for my electric toothbrush for 55 bucks.
I'm betting most of you can't get past the 20 pound dumbbells. Benching, I'm guessing around 140 or something. Unless you work out daily of course. Most of use don't.
I'm going to try. I went from puny 5 pounds, to 10, now to 20.
Tip:If you can't do at least 25 repetitions without killing every muscle in you body, you aren't ready for a level up.
