Will he kill himself or will he learn from all the mistake he has made in the past and still live on?
Looking at Moscow being so weak these day, our future
look bright. Don't you agree?

What I don't understand why man had made weapon to begin with he is smart but he is using it the wrong way using it to hurt others
What goes around come around and hit him right back smack in the face.
What with all these grenades, shotgun, pistol that are of no use in our everyday lives?
It doesn't amaze me at all, just goes to show you how far mankind would go to kill one another.
Haven't we killed each other enought already as is. When will we learn?

Id think at some point we are really going to get screwed. Overpoplulation is really going to become a problem here pretty soon and something will have to happen to thin the herd. So in the next hundred years I see plague, famine, desease, or war or some combination of those four. I'am an optimist.

Believe it or not, overpopulation really isn't a problem, and probably won't be for some time. BUT, wars wouldn't happen if there was no desire for competition. BUT, the desire to compete drives us. Just take a gander at all the new technology (USEFUL technology) that was developed as a result of the Cold War with Russia.

i see dead people.

anyway, life will be completely different. cars will be more efficient. cold fusion would exist. so we can actually bomb countries without the fear of devastating radiation afterwards.

we will have a new type of propulsion for our aircrafts which is way better than the combustion which is used today.

and aliens will populate the earth as ....

immigration laws are loosened due to whirled peas.

our telecommunications would be different as the convergence of "television," "telephone," and "internet" would be merged to become "interphision" . or "telenet" or TC short for the broad term telecommunications. instead of asking, "what did you watch on TV yesterday?" it will become, "what did you DO on TC yesterday?"

and we would have fixed this pollution problem as mars will be colonized and we can use it as a waste depot. or we can hurl toxic waste at the sun.

guns will be obsolete as we will have particle weapons which are nearly untraceable. and the size would make it improbable to detect without billion dollar equipment, after which the chinese will make it for $1.99. and the miniaturazation of components and power supplies will make the device non-ferrous (hello!!) and small to boot.

and due to the immense power of portable computers, battery life would last an astounding 1 minute, 33 seconds with 4 AA batteries. or 100 years with a mini fusion pack

and new mathematics and physics will show that time travel is possible, except that we have to sacrifice a virgin, a real virgin.

and techniques in manufacture will bring about .18 micron computers with integrated crap, and $hit that makes systems obsolete in a matter of days, with the yield of corn in siberia. yes i do mean the entire computer from jack to $hit will be .18 except the case which makes the system .19. with an HS\fan combo which makes the system actually 1 foot and 3 inches high, and weigh in at 10 lbs.

of course, i'd be dead by then.

It will be the haves and the have nots... there will not be enough of the good life for everybody. Genetic engineering will be refined, there will be no more disease or cancer. Birth defects and aging will be a thing of the past........BUT ONLY FOR THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD IT! The masses will suffer from generations of polution with high disease and cancer rates. Chromosome damage will lead to birth defects and accelerated decrepitude. The masses will be virtual disposable slaves to the ruling class......then the have nots will unite and millions will die overthrowing the opressors .....mankind won't change a bit. Now tomorrow I will post the worst case senario..........

C'mon over to Iowa, y'all. I've got a $70000 house I would be more than willing to sell to someone from silicon valley for $350000

True, there is alot of space here, but I believe the overpopulation issue is one of availability of food, water quality, and diseases that spring up when you put too many people in this "room we call earth" together.

oh that isnt a problem
I was wondering how long this peace will last
what if all of a sudden we have another world war again
because of one country starting to shooting something at us
then another, and another like a chain reaction
yikes!
This may just be a temporary peace settlement maybe some are just waiting for the right time and right place to start something again
remember it only take one idiot to lead us all to hell.
reason why many believe in god, those that think all is going to die
and that even after death life still existed in another dimension
a place which they called heaven or eden to speak of
Let just hope for the best and have our fingers crossed
then again life maybe too good for us
some say it is boring some actually liked the ideas of war
I dont know you tell me.
it different for everybody

Imaginer: that's what I said! mlah!

WWIII? I don't know if it's possible in an uptight, walking-on-eggshells world like we have now.

Perhaps it is already prevented. For we now are willing to see the mistakes of the past. But I am not sure about the other side of the wall though. Due to history and its tendancies to repeat, I would say a small war might rage sometime in the future but it would show everyone how stupid one conflict would be.

Just speculating. Forcasts might change due to the lack of sleep in this Dopplar radar!

Instead of concentrating our effort on war stuff
why don't we use it for the benefit of mankind
why don't we all start to built spaceship
get off this stinking planet and go somewhere else that is more hopsitable, less crowded, populate it and make it your own world
instead of having to fight for one lousy planet.
I tell you this a small world.
I'm having a hard time breathing I feel like we are all struggling
for the same thing.
Land, oxygen, and wealth.
We need the technology to play god and make other planet liveable
why dont we start with mars first, it 10 time bigger then earth
more then enought room for anyone.
The truth is Satan, lucifer live inside the SUN
Well where else could he be then?
The sun make life possible, and give off energy

We cannot put down our weapons yet if we are still in a struggle to defend ourselves from one another. That is why I said that in order for these things to happen, tolerance must be accepted by everyone. Then the next step would be to have no nations or borders at all. Just one big world. Then and only then we can start to work together with no conflict over patriotism or in one's own self interests.

We can never tame the Earth herself. If we continue to screw things up as a species, she will put the hammer down. An H bomb is nothing compared to a super volcano.

Hyper, I can't believe you said "We need the ability to play God"
That is the problem today, everyone wants to play God.What is there
to fear then? I am far from being religious but one of my highschool
teachers that has now passed on once said "Any day that I can wake up
is a good day" Who knows what will happen in the next 100 years.I'm too worried about the drive to work in the morning, wondering if I'm next w/ all the idiot drivers out there! I really believe medical
technology will skyrocket , but if you had the choice how long would you really want to live? What would you do? It's bad enough having to work until your 55-60 how about 80 or 90? My 2c

We will become the Borg... resistance is futile.

I'm serious too. The way computers are being integrated into everything, they'll soon be integrated into us. We may one day see our brains connected in some sort of Internet to form a collective conscious.

I don't think this is a bad thing, though other people may think otherwise.

We will be struck by a 15-mile radius asteroid. The result, 99.99% of all life on earth will perish. Or the Earth will return to the ice age, all those bloody Canadians shall perish off the earth...hehehehe . I am with my happy thought again.

As many people have said, its easier to destroy than to create.
What I see is that many animals will perish because we will destroy their forest and we might have to produce synthetic food in order for us to survive. Pretroleum will be extinguished and we will be using electric cars but electricity might be scarce too.
Like always, the rich will be richer and the poor will be poorer.
