The rebate isn't valid for another few hours in CA anyway.

Looks to me like this is B&M only. If you read the submission guidelines for the rebatesText, it requires a rebate receipt from the register.

oh, and btw, to use the site you add the rebate to your cart, and then click 'print'. you have to be registered.

I checked WD main site, newegg, outpost... no rebate information. Must only be Sam's club. This is finally worth getting a membership! Cheapest I've seen is at outpost for $199 w/ free shipping.

This would be great if you could use it on the 8mb cache version....

i have so much space already on this computer 60gig and only 30 gig is used up of which, 25 gig is junk files consisting of huge bad quality AVI, .rm, and mpg. also flat broke for now or need to save for a rainy day.
