That's correct. I called the 1-800# to verify before submitting my stuff. I was told that the REBATE RECEIPT and the REBATE FORM are all that is required, NO UPC.

I have a Sam's business membership, my dad has the 2nd card on the acct., which is one of those "free" things they give you. Whenever I want more than the rebate limit, I always have him go & buy the things I want, with his card. I send in both rebate submissions, one in each of our names of course, & we have ALWAYS received our individual rebate checks! I can't guarantee this will work for anyone else, but it has always worked for me.

Alpharetta,GA (Atlanta area) Sams Store just got more in stock. They have 18 left after I got mine. The CSR behind the counter said that they were the only store in the Atlanta area who managed to get more. So YMMV in other areas.

So yeah, I've been up for a day straight now, just took a final, which sucked, and I come home to find a UPS note on my chair, saying that they were here YESTERDAY (when the site's tracking order said today), somewhere from 10:30-2.......I had just left the building a little after 2, so they either lied or got here right after I left. Now I get to wait for them patiently while I write an 8 page paper that's due at 3:30. Joy. At least the HD'll cheer me up. ^_^

I've got a similar situation here too. Today I've got two finals (Japanese and Physics), and UPS says they sent the drive for delivery this morning, so now I get my tests and my HD in the same day! At least I go see LotR tomorrow , no more school for a month! weee!

You can get it from that site and print it without having to go back. Just go back to that site Sam's Club Rebate Center, select "all rebate offers" then go, scroll down to offer #3, check the box for the WD100gb, return to the top of the page and hit "Add my checked items to the list." Now you want to go to the "print" tab and click that, it will ask you to log in (if you dont have an account you'll need to create one). once done all you have to do is print the form.
