102" DIY screen project done

I just finished making my screen, and I wanted to thank you for the help YOyo. 97", and I am very pleased with the results. I got a little nervous when I was stapling the blackout cloth onto my frame, but it turned out very nicely with no wrinkles.
Black borders and masking might be coming in the future, but my schedule is tight with classes, etc... I might take a look at doing it next weekend.

What kind of projector are you using?

i've actually got an old school projector that you don't hear very much about... but let me tell you, its awesome. works even when i have the window open. NEC MT1060 got it used on eBay and scored a great deal.

I haven't gotten around to buying materials yet. Hopefully one of these weakends I can get off work and make a project of it. :thumbsup:

The border helps things look their best. I would highly recommend getting that set up.

It gives it a much more finished look too.

I had a hard time finding the time and motivation to start the project but was very glad when I was done
