Even if there was a bottleneck, there's no substantially faster CPU that you could upgrade it to, at least for as long as games aren't heavily threaded to benefit from 8-core CPU's. So there's nothing you could do even if there was a bottleneck - you would just have to live with it until tech caught up with your fps requirements.
The real only bottleneck would be at a resolution of 1920x1080 or lower. At those lower resolutions, you MIGHT see a 10% improvement, if that, in a few select games by upgrading to an overclocked 7700.
