Yea if you use ephod program (free) you can just select a m3u file and that will be a playlist.

Wow, ordered a 10GB Windows refurb yesterday morning and shipped out at 3am last night via FedEx.

Likewise. I did it this morning at 4 a.m. Posted they were back in stock after I got my acknowledgement.

Must be their third shift that does the updating.

it came in new packaging and there's no scratches on the unit. i love it!!

A while ago, they removed the Windows 2nd Gen refurbed completely, but in the end it still came back. So, I wouldn't read into that too much. Seems to be whatever the web-monkey felt like doing (adding/removing sections) at the momment.

no scratches whatsoever, everything is accounted for in the package, great condition...looks completely new

wow, I ordered this morning around 9:45 EST, got the "ships on or before 10/8/03" message. So, I tried calling back at 3:30 PM to upgrade it to overnight since its only $13 more, and they tell me its already shipped...I think this is the first time I've ever been upset that a company shipped my item before I wanted them to . Too bad, because I really wanted it to come in before my trip this weekend.

Not to rain on your parade, but Apple send you that e-mail when they submit the electronic shipping form to FedEx. Mine was sitting on Apple's dock/truck for a couple of days before FedEx even got to it. I would NEVER order Overnight shipping with Apple.com. Blech. <still waiting for my order from 9/24 morning> Hope you get yours sooner than mine.

One more positive ray of hope for yall. Just received my 10 GB Windows 2nd Gen iPod from Sacramento, CA. Appears to be no scratch/marks. All new accessories included (earbuds, 6pin-6pin FireWire cable, 6pin/4pin FireWire adaptor, charger that connects the outlet to iPod via the FireWire, remote, carrying case). Came in regular cube container that appear new except for the refurb sticker on the side. Now my only problem is that I have no firewire ports/CDs in office, so I can't play with it out until I get home. I am just charging it now and play with breakout now. If the MP3 works, then this is definitely worth $165 and the 8 day wait. Good luck to yall who are waiting.
