No, a concealed carry permit does not allow you to violate the law, and the law specifically states any private business can ban weapons.

It doesnt help of course, in fact all it does is help criminals find unarmed victims easier.

Regarding gun control, even if there was a sign that no guns were allowed on the premise, can't you still CCW in? It's my understanding that you could have.

Being it's private property I think the theater has the right to refuse service to anyone (aside from age/race/religion/handicap/etc discrimination of course)

1. This is a tragedy. People shouldn't be afraid for their lives in public. This man's actions are despicable.
2. Clearly the guy isn't sane. Media and political hacks around here will try to pin it on his political persuasion, gun control issues, violent video games or music, etc. None of that matters.
