Actually, no. At 200 feet I'd need a light on top for airplanes. If I ran more than 100 volts up it I'd need some kind of permit as well (I don't... it's just POE). Aside from that, this is basically the equivalent of a ham radio tower. In fact, it's the same type of tower (Rohn 25) and probably shorter than some ham towers in the region.
And, yes, it's my tower in the pictures.
