For those that missed the Staples deal, starting Sun 3/15 CompUSA has the 120gb for $79.99 ($149.99 - $30 IR - $40 MIR). These are CompUSA branded but ususally Maxtor.
My guess is these are the 2MB version. I say this because they are probably in the generic CompUSA box. While Maxtor probably doesn't have a problem putting 8MB cache drives in Maxtor 2MB boxes, I doubt they would put 8MB drives in CompUSA boxes. This is just a guess.are all these the 2MB versions as stated on the website or are some of these 8MB versions?

You say, starting Sun 3/15, when today is Saturday 3/15. I assume you mean Sunday 3/16 when the new ads usually start.Originally posted by: ThunderRoad
