I'm thinking even the Sony MP3 players can't use this. Last time I checked, you had to use the Sony MagicGate memory stick to play mp3s because the MagicGate (white instead of purple or whatever color the other one use) sticks had some kind of copy protection algorithm or something...

just bought one of these bad boys... comes out to 57.90 after tax and shipping...

does anyone know if there would be any issues with the rebate since my receipt only says "Memory Stick Refill 128mb" and has no mention at all of Lexar? the only other identifier is the SKU, but that's buy.com's number right? just wondering so i don't get screwed later. does anybody have a receipt that says anything different?

The last time I purchased the Lexar stick it did come with a plastic sleeve, but it was 'hidden' in the upper part of the package.

U R right. I felt this is more durable than the sleeve that sony provides.

This is great to see the ms dropping in price and getting larger in mb capicity. The one big complaint against sony cameras the cost of ms. To see the ms competing against the cf makes me glad i bought my sony dsc-s75!

I just checked RebatesHQ and they have my rebate listed as denied because of an invalid UPC. The one from my package was:

50590-10180

Can someone confirm that this is correct or let me know what theirs is/was?
