well I was just asking. thought maybe someone has dealt with the situation before

Well, I used this DVD set as filler to get >$25 free shipping, and even though they canceled the DVDs it looks like the rest of the order (now <$25) went out still with free shipping.

Customer service was (probably still is) their top concern.
