Heh, I would bet not. You rarely just have lucid dreams, they are something that needs to be taught and practiced. Dreams are based on your subconcious, things that you witness or feel. Ever have a dream with odd things that you can trace back to hearing or seeing the bits and pieces that made that dream up? Well, if you had a dream about taking things to the next step then there is a chance that is still something you want to do. But it may also just be the fact that you've thought about it at one time and your brain is just bringing it back up. Nothing to worry about.

I had a lucid dream right after watching Waking Life.
Now THAT was creepy.
And I remember flicking the switch.

Sometimes a dream is just a dream. On the other hand, this one's probably an expression of your subconscious desire to bang this girl silly.

I had this dream once where this girl I like, his brother came around telling me that she has a boyfriend and lost her virginity to him last night.
Couldn't sleep for a while after that.
