Nice. I got 2%. But I've already accepted an offer from another company that will be about 33% once I can finally start there. In this area and/or line of work, it seems that nobody gets a real raise unless they switch companies. Seems counterproductive, but I've seen it at multiple places and with a lot of different people. Go with what works, I guess.

That is about how it is here in my line as well. Want a nice raise gotta go to another company or youll only see 2-5%.
