My iPod sounds approximately twelve million times better with Koss KSC-75s than with the stock earbuds. Not all headphones are the same. I wouldn't ever buy a pair of sony headphones in the first place. Do a little research next time.

Yes, that makes sense. I always prefer buds that fall out of the ear easily when I'm doing any sort of athletic endeavor over ones that are fairly secure.

recently the left headphone also cuts off, but if i jiggle the control around it cuts back on. but it'll go back out sometimes if i move it around.
however it's not the headphones, its internal to the ipod because i've tried 2 other sets of headphones and they all have this same problem.
