the problem is that i need to convert the case. I get to step 9 on page 6 of the manual and I am missing a part. I need a BTX support bracket and I dont know where this is . Anybody with a stacker get an accessory pack with their case? I got nothing but the case in the box

My a8n SLI deluxe fits just fine in my CM Stacker. My only complaint is the broken bios.

Your post seems to indicate that you are trying to install a BTX board. The asus is an ATX MB.

I qam the stupidest human being alive, I had converted the case and had to convert back. I was trying to mount it directly to the case. I read about this as a stupidest computer mistake page... lol... First time for everything... As of now I got my Mobo, Processor and HSF, and my RAM installed... What comes next down the list?

video card. then psu leads plugged into mobo. power and hook up monitor, and keyboard. turn on to see if it POSTs. No point in installing everything else if you have a problem.

POST check first watch your temps to make sure they are OK then hook up HD and optical drive, nad any other cards...unless you want to install them after you install the OS. setup boot order in bios and install OS.
