Intervention by far. People there actually have serious problems. Plus, Sixteen & Pregnant/Teen Mom people are well compensated.

There was an Intervention episode recently about identical twin anorexics. Their obsession about their weight fed from each other. They made a pact one would always be 3 pounds heavier. They ate 300 calories a day.

Intervention is usually people that don't want to be there, and don't know what's going on. I watched one where the dude refused rehab for alcoholism, and died a few weeks later. Sad stuff.
