I have a Dell 9100, no floppy and no ps/2 keyboard port...
I've made a boot CD with my other computer, which has both a floppy and ps/2 keyboard port. I try to boot my 9100 with it but my USB keyboard does not work and I'm not sure why. Is it because I DID NOT create the boot CD with the 9100? I've tried plugging the USB keyboard into each of my USB ports but nothing works.
I would be willing to install a floppy in the 9100 if I was sure that would work. Does anybody know about this sort of thing and could offer advice?
If nothing else, is there any way for me to flash my GTO2 within WinXP that would be safe?
Thank you for any help,

I don't think it would have anything to do with the CD...I'm assuming that the bootable CD you made may not have a USB driver or something of that nature to run the keyboard...(this is just a guess)
I know the 9100 doesn't have a PS2 connector either...hmm...
