This is not ment to be a thread crap.

The rebate says it is for the nec 3500 kit.
and ask for the upc code.
The ad is for an oem one.
Not to sure it will work.

It lists the SKU for the item directly on the rebate form. Ground shipping is $9.40. NewEgg has it for $64 shpiped...

$59.28 after $50 rebate
$64 w/ no rebate

I know which I'd choose.
