I've had maybe 6 beers in 3 years. When I did have them, I drank them for flavor, not to get drunk. That is normal drinking. Much more than that and you're drinking to drown out your shitty mind.

You should have one bottle of premium beer a day. Really savor it. Enjoy the beer. Dont over-indulge.

I went for more than a year without any alcohol. I didn't feel any different either and didn't notice any weight differences. May not have been drinking enough to affect me either way.

Wasn't that bad. Now I've decided to drink infrequently, probably less than once per month.

When I was young, I gulped down a glass of kaoliang thinking it was water...this was 58% alcohol stuff...
