I'm guessing it is how Dell's web software works. It doesn't look like there were any values passed to it, if you're ultra-nervous you could just go through Dell's main website and go into SB, do a search for 1905FP...you get the idea.

20ms, if it's rated honestly, does seem fine for gaming. However, this monitor ghosts terribly in fast paced video/video games. It seems like they're rating the best case scenario, but for certain colors it's terrible. It's pretty much unusable in unreal tournament.
