It figures..I just bought this monitor on Monday, and when I come back on Thursday, they've made the shipping free and lowered the price! The monitor is very nice, and I had no dead pixels. I'm sure there are other great deals, but for a 19" LCD with DVI and VGA cables included, this isn't a bad deal for $219 AR. I was happy when I bought it for $252 AR!

Hope some of you get a chance to get a good bargain before they raise the price!

No, I think that's the E-19 with the glass cover. As this is my first LCD, don't really know what to look for, but it's good for me. I'm using it with my Mini now.

I bought one of the hard glass cover one S-17 last year for $380 :Q
I thought at this price with glass cover, I will buy it in a hurry. BUt still, this is a great deal.

The customer service for this company is top notch.

I'm not certain, but the older version of this had 25ms response time and this version has 12ms. Should be considerably better, but you may still see some ghosting.

hmm, im really tempted to get this. One of the reviewers says he is having troubel getting the rebate... Otherwise, I think it would be perfect for my needs

Anyone know how this would compare to a Dell 1905FP? Been waiting for a nice deal on the Dell, but if this is just as good then I'll jump on this instead.

Just to let you all see some price difference I bought the E19A April 2004 for $664!!!! it is a great monitor but not the best gamer. Unless they changed Panels they used to be 25ms. They probably have. Stellar 2D and movies.

My box said 12ms right on the front. Since I'm not a heavy gamer...don't know if it's right for you, but it looks like a good monitor to me!

I actually own both the 25ms and 12ms versions. I got the 25ms F19 2.5 years ago for my wife, and liked it so much that when I saw the R12 F19 on sale, I finally found a reason to dump my Samsun 900IFT 19 CRT. And I'm an FPS gamer. I really don't notice any ghosting on the R12, and the black levels are good. I'm using DVI on a 9800XT. The response time is definitly noticeable between the two versions I have, meaning that the R12 is really an improvement over the 25ms ver. Highly recommended.

As for the rebate, I'm still waiting. I submitted it early July though, so I have time.

I just got this for a friend the other day. it was 300-50 and I thought that was a hot deal then damn, 219 is sweet!!!

I played some CSS with it for a bit it was great.
Mine came with 0 dead pixels and the colors are great.

Only think I dislike is how wobbily it feels if you move it. Its not like it will fall over but if young kids are in reach of it I'd worry. Even then I don't think it would fall.
Over all I'd give it a
