Here's a question. Why is the P910 still on the website for $219 yet it is out of stock and they aren't getting anymore. The P900 on the other hand isn't even listed on their site, yet they are getting 200 more in in like 2 weeks. Does anyone else think that is strange?

From what I can gather, it's the Trinitron(P900) vs. the Dynaflat(P910). Both have similiar specs, slightly different housings.

So which is better? I call it a toss up.

I hope you guys get the monitors you ordered. I'm using my P910 right now and it's awesome! I love the way Compaq discounts their discontinued products. This monitor was $500 not all that long ago. I bought a Compaq laptop a few years ago that was $3200 one week, then $1500 the next.

Those of you still waiting on the P900 to come in, I just noticed my order status changed this morning from being "Backordered" to now being "Item(s) have not yet shipped". I am assuming that means they got a shipment in and it's only a matter of time now. Good news for everyone that missed out on the P910 I guess.

May hop on this...I assume something like a 3 year warranty. At worst, if they dont have a P900 replacement you'll get something newer and/or better. I tried calling the other day and they said nada, can't order the 900, maybe I can now if they have them in stock.

I just called CDW at 8.15pm CDT and lo and behold...the sales rep used to go to the same school as I did when I gave him my email address

quoted me $189 plus shipping but unfortunately, I am in Chicago, which means sales tax will be included. Total with Fedex next day is $216.94 with tax included.

Ordered the p910, and got a call the next day . They told me the 910 is never to return, and asked if they could find me something similar.... I said that I have a p900 at work and love it - I will be receiving the p900 for the p910 price, with $20 shipping (roughly half off!)

I see the P910 but it has a 2+ week lead time and the P900 is nowhere to be found. And the Samsung 955DF deal is gone too. Any info would be appreciated.

Did you guys actually call? The P900 isn't even on their website, you have to talk to the CSR and ask for it. I ordered it yesterday, I was not backordered. My order status says it shipped, so they did have some yesterday. Good luck getting.
