The card is not the problem, tried on another PC, I have tried different RAM as well, I have even changed the HDD, nothing helps. Now what do I do?
HAS ANYBODY EVER FACED ANYTHING SIMILAR BEFORE IN THEIR LIFE?

Downloading now. Maybe after this problem gets dealt with we'll show you how to make a recording that is less than 200MB's, but that's for a different day.Originally posted by: akshayt

I'd suggest to reset your CMOS. This will completely clear all of your bios/overclock settings and whatever dividers you've made. From there, don't overclock or change anything.
Then, running everything at default, make sure you have the proper chipset drivers, graphic drivers, sound drivers, and that the games you play are all patched to the latest versions.
Next, make sure you don't have a virus or spyware.
Finally, play the game without FRAPS running and see if it is still there.
