the stutters seem to be better with gecube supplied drivers, but even with them they are far from perfect, and this is at 800x600 low.

FileFront is acting mighty craptastic for me. Quick question: you did compress the video and make it a decent web-friendly resolution, right? What res/size/duration is the video?

Download ATI Tray Tools, set the render ahead to 2 as BFG pointed out it is the flip queue size.

Try 0 and see what happens, try 1 then 2 and finally 3.

I say he gets a camera phone or wotever, and take a picture of every bios screen for us to check out.
Have u ever updated your bios? Remember if ur bios supports Profiles to never load an old profile after updating bios.

The problem did sound like a PSU problem at first, but after reading all 6 pages I am more inclined to believe it's a problem with your Overclock settings.

Hit the use Bios Default Button, then manually reset stuff like onboard sound off, and anything else u need. And try again. Or, if u know all the defaults your CPU, RAM should be using; then use it.

First jus run memtest with ur currrent overclock overnight.
If u do not pass this, then set all ur clocks to default and run memtest overnight.

If u did pass, then run prime95, OCCT Torture test (keeping an eye on your voltages; especially the 3.3, 3 and 12. Run Prime95 for over 8 hours.

If u still passed this; it could well be ur ram doesnt like the divider/speed u are running it. My ram isnt any greater than urs but for some weird reason it likes 240x10 (166 divider) and doesnt like it when i try (say) 260x10 (150 divider). I know the latter results in the ram running 16mhz more, but i have confirmed my ram can run upto around 220 at least.

When u say it jerks or stutters or wotever, the screen pauses? or u see any stuff that looks like screen tearing/pausing together?

Hes done it again guys!! Brought fame to "video" by putting it in that little list of hot topics in the my forums bit.

I told you before dude, you need to feed that gerbil thats powering your card steroids. You see, the gerbil gets tired and it runs slower, causing the jerkyness you are experiencing! You need one of the following:

1. Another gerbil

2. Gerbil Steroids

3. A faster gerbil!

Also mildew + limescale on your GPU, that can cause jerkyness and requires cleaning.

Downloading now. Maybe after this problem gets dealt with we'll show you how to make a recording that is less than 200MB's, but that's for a different day.

Baby steps ya know...

It gets jerky because you were running your car through side rails. (j/k)

Now that I've seen it, it looks like the jerkiness you're describing really only happened at the beginning of the level/race. It just seems like your computer isn't loading everything fast enough at the very beginning.

I'd suggest to reset your CMOS. This will completely clear all of your bios/overclock settings and whatever dividers you've made. From there, don't overclock or change anything.

Then, running everything at default, make sure you have the proper chipset drivers, graphic drivers, sound drivers, and that the games you play are all patched to the latest versions.

Next, make sure you don't have a virus or spyware.

Finally, play the game without FRAPS running and see if it is still there.

Just watched the video- that's not that bad. If you don't have backround programs running you are just doing some paging to your HD. Turn the in-game video texture setting down to medium.

It doesn't make sense to buy a 1900xtx to play MW at medium settings. Anyway, I tried at low settings, and the stutters are still there, they are slightly less though.

Tried at stock, patched to 1.3.

Please see the video again and have a look at the trees etc, they jerk like mad throughout the game. There are many games which run badly but a video can't show that.

If flip queue size was at 2 and is stuttering your games then it means that either you have a bad card or mobo. Set it to 3 then see and then back to 1 and 0, if you are still getting stuttering then once again bad card or mobo but as you stated the card works fine on another PC so the card is ruled out.

Flip queue size from 0-3 per ATI will not degrade performance but rather increase it.
