Here is a few pictures of the body and engine. These pictures were taken by the seller the day I found the car, engine pics were taken by me with my cell. Will be updating with more pictures as I work on the car.

Has a way to go. But there is absolutely no rust. just minor stuff.

Engine is a 5.7 TPI w/5-speed manual.

Oh, and the car is a 1987, not a 1986.

And yes, the Iroc wheels are there as well. Mint condition actually. Their just not on the car yet.

Definitely classic body styles. Most examples I see now are very rusted around here.

fox notch lx 5.0 = awesome. iirc notfred had one that was stolen. haven't seen him around in a loooooooong time.

maybe it is because I live in redneck land but fox body mustangs aren't a rare site around here. Even I had a 5.0l notch at one point. F-bodies are a bit less common though.

Indeed. Although the car is not at that location now. It is now in my driveway. Will update pics soon. The guy I bought it from, loves to restore cars. You can see the few old ones he has in the background.

Yea, I am still trying to run down websites that would carry almost all of the parts I need.

Anyone have any idea for interior color ? Like carpet and the like ? Right now the carpet and interior is tan/beige or something like that. Which just isnt my color.

I plan on keeping the car stock as well. Except for maybe a few engine mods here and there.

What has been done to the motor? Looks pretty good in those pics. I have an Z28, but it only has the 305 HO motor. You found a great car there, assuming there isn't a ton of damage underneath that we can't see. Do the tops leak?

Either the motor or the trans are not stock. 3rd gen Camaros never came with the 350 and 5-speed IIRC.

1987 was the last year for Camaros to be produced at the Norwood Ohio plant, the original Camaro Plant. After much testing the year before, the 350 TPI and 5 Speed 305 TPI combinations were finally available on the IROC-Z28. The 350 was only available in the IROC-Z and only with an automatic transmission.

There is absolutely no damage anywhere else on the car, besides the front passenger corner as shown in the pics.

Not exactly sure what "if anything" was done to the engine. Havn't asked. After I heard the engine, didnt care really. It was sweet.

And no, the tops do not leak. And there is also a extra pair of tops as well that comes with it.

Rockauto should have most anything you will need for stock parts. You should try and find an online owners club and check out some of the vendors they list

Im going to guess that you paid... $1700? Engine looks really clean.
