How do you get free shipping, my shipping to va comes to 21.00??

I just got free shipping. There's free shipping until Feb. 21st.

I just went to here and a pop up window popped up and said they are having free shipping until 2/21. I then just added the monitor to my basket and at check out the shipping cost was subtracted from the total. You should be able to see it before you submit your order.

I didn't do anything special to get it.

Actually right now it says free shipping on the main page.

I got free shipping, but only after I added a system to my cart. I do not know why it did not work otherwise, will wait to hear from dell if the order went through for the price??

The popup states that it's free shipping when purchased with a system. I don't doubt you, but when I put together a purchse through that link the shipping comes up as $21.

Thanks for the great deal! I just ordered 2 for my office. Hope these are nice...and at least I'll be able to clear up the confusion once they arrive.

Oh yeah, The FREE SHIPPING does apply. My order showed $51 shipping for both monitors to Ohio but right below the shipping charges was a deduct for $51 for free 3-5 day ground shipping. Total was $409.90, no sales tax and no shipping according to my e-mail confirmation.

I don't know what you guys are doing differently, but I am not getting the deduction for free shipping, and I am at the "Submit Your Order" stage.

The banners I have seen so far only cover shipping on accessories with the purchase of a new system.

The only way I got free shipp was to add a system to my cart, then the monitor, then go to checkout. Once I got to the screen that gave the shipping charge and deduction, I went to my cart and took off the system. Then finished checking out. The 2nd email confirmation listed the price of 204.95 and no shipping charges. I could not get it any other way.

Ok, went thru ebates (3% discount) added a system and the monitor, went through the entire checkout up to the final confirm button, then went back to the cart, deleted the system, processed the order, and shipping was deducted ($21). Final price $204.95 - $6.14 (ebates) = $198.81. Not too bad!!!!

It isn't a flat-screen. Not sure about the quality. The Samsung 950P is very good but appearantly that is the Samtron 95p+. Darn, that'd be a awesome deal for a great monitor if it was the 950p!

I did what AhzRoeland did: Ebates, delete the system before final checkout, and get it for under $200. Good price for a new 19" monitor. It's for my backup PC so I didn't need the top-of-the-line model.

To those that have received this monitor... which one is it?
--The Samsung website for Germany lists a Samtron 95P+ that has .26mm Dot Pitch, 1280 x 1024 Max@89Hz.
--The Samtron website lists a 95P+ that has a .22mm Dot Pitch,1280 x 1024@85Hz
I would venture to say that the .22 should produce a finer quality picure, but I don't know.
Anyone out there have a clue?
