FYI, from the rebate: "Limit one rebate per eligible Crucial memory module per household."
To me, this sounds like this restriction means you qualify for one rebate per module, meaning that if you buy two, you'd qualify for a rebate on each. However, I'm willing to bet the rebate clearing house would say it means one rebate per house. Even if you were "right" in arguing you should be able to do one rebate per purchase, I don't think it's worth the potential argument and delay. If you want two, I'd go for a different address on the 2nd one.
Edit: Another option, 2GB (2x1GB) of Corsair Value Select DDR at Frys. Link, this one is a winner if you prefer one $40 rebate over two $15 rebates. Thanks to crazyhorse at SD for this one.
Edit2: Looks like they already pulled the Corsair at Frys.
