1GB 3.5ns Geil ULTRA PC4000 Dual Channel Kit

Need to know what my ram timings should be, and I don't mean what uber push to the limit timings... just the standard timings which are displayed it seems in so many ways

So far I have seen

GEiL website = CAS 2.5 7-4-4
Other sites have displayed it as 2.5 4-4-7 or 2.5 4-7-4

So wtf!!!

Someone spell it out for me 2.5 I know is the latency and thats easy.

but the other figures? Which is Precharge etc etc

tCL - CAS Latency: 2.5
tRCD - Row Address to Column Address Delay: 4
tRAS - Row Active Time: 7
tRP - Row Precharge Time: 4

Hmmm another Q

I been running with 1T timings for a while and things have been mostly pretty good.... however I recently did a driver upgrade binge to the latest everything and since then I will get occasional VGA failures.

Now when I set it back to 2t - well things seem ok again.

Is there zero flexibilty in these sticks on the timings side? Anyone pushed the timings for the above elements too? What are your results in terms of stabilty?

1T timing here with tRAS at 10. RAM in the two slots closest to the processor. Perfectly stable.

Try giving a little more voltage to the RAM.
