That one will run you at least $100 more, and will not overclock, which Intel CPUs are very good at. I say at least, because I was in a time crunch, so I have no doubt there are better deals to be had. I also bought a couple things (wireless adapter, surge protector, mouse and keyboard) which you probably won't need.
And don't forget the fun build process, at least for many of us.
