I carry around a glove for my right hand to open doors with when I am outside my home along with ethyl alcohol in a small bottle that I use to clean my hands with everytime I have to touch a foreign surface. Well that kinda sad. I wonder how much it even works though to be so OCD. I have only thrown up once due to disease (at age ~18) since I was ~10 (currently 21).

I cant recall the last time I have puked. I get sick maybe about twice a year with a cold, usually catch it from someone in close proximity to me for long periods of time. I cant recall anytime that I was the one with the cold first amongst friends / family.

I had this a couple of weeks ago too. Bad stuff. My 77 year old mother caught it a few days before me. It hit her hard the first day and I had to take her to the hospital where she stayed 3 days. Luckily she came through it ok.

Take a zinc tablet every day with a meal, about 30-40 mg. Zinc makes your body hostile ground for microbes. I haven't had cold or flu symptoms in 3 years since doing this.
