Plug in video cable into TV out, TV tab in display setting was enabled then. After trying to apply the changes, the screen went black for a while, then if was back to the status before.

try lowering your resolution and color depth

when i use tv out in xp i have to go into vga mode in the startup menu of xp

I have 3 AIW cards, pro, 128 & 8500dv, ALL of them require you have audio & video hooked up prior to booting up pc. try turning off pc, power on repeater, then power up pc. It should work.

I think I will try the 36$ ver as well, I have the X10 ones, work great. My microwave totally screws with them, but it could be the brand micro. I wonder if the 2 systems can work together, send sig from 1 source to 2 rec. (each rec of diff make)

Just got my x10 ones. they work pretty good. I have a wireless router so it definitely gives alot of interference since i live in such a small apartment and all the electronics are in such close proximity. it was really annoying trying to tweak the whole thing but after a while i got it running and im happy.

the only thing that sucks is dumping the comp (aiw radeon) to 800x600 prior to switching modes since thats the best res for the television.

My x10 don't agree with my microwave either. They say if you have one in the path of the transmitter, that when you use the microwave, bye bye picture.

Not too big of a deal though.
