2 Routers. One wired and another wired/wireless

Basically, I have two routers. One that is wired and one that is wired and has wireless capabilities. The main router (wired) is the one connected to the internet. So, the other router is connected to the main router with an ethernet cable. Confused yet??

The main router assigns a subnet of: 192.168.123.X (100.150)
Making its ip: 192.168.123.254
The wired/wireless router assigns a subnet of: 192.168.0.X (1-50)
Making its ip: 192.168.0.1

The computers connected to the second router (wired/wireless) are NOT connecting to it wirelessly, but rather ethernet cables.

The problem is, is that I cannot access any shared resources, or even get the computers on the different subnets to communicate at all; which is what I want to do.

What could I do to achieve this??

Turn off DHCP on the 2nd router, statically assign the IP to make the scheme on the first router and you should be set to go.....

adding to that, you run the cable from LAN port of router1 to LAN port of router2, essentially making router 2 a switch and an AP
