I guess it just depends on how much the 1070 is going for in your area. In the US, you could score one from Jet with their coupon for $360-$390 or so (granted the Gigabyte model that dropped to $360 after coupon only dipped that low once, usually it's 380-390). In any event, for me personally, I'd need to save around 20% or so over a 1070 if the 980ti were used, 10% or so if it's new. I saw some 980ti's that were around $325 used locally...tried to talk the guys down to $300 but they all sold at $325 in a heartbeat.
