Yep, just the badge on the unit. Also, with the HP you only get Windows software vs Win & Mac with the Apple.

Never said it was hot. Just was in the market for a replacement 4g Ipod and came across this particular combination. Compared to what I can get the 4g version for with an education discount from apple or at a cosco/sams....this is a savings of $30 or so. Just thought I would share.

It is a good deal for those that love iPod. I own 4G myself, and I had to pay the bloody tax when I bought it off Apple with my student discount. Bloody hell..

One key here is that this is a buy.com deal. Buy.com so far has been the worst company I have ever dealt with, barring none. They send cryptic emails if there is a problem, they won't respond to you with anything but a form mailing, and they don't list their telephone number anywhere on their website. The telephone number for buy.com is 1-877-780-2464 by the way, I did a lot of digging to find it. Even having it though is useless. It's routed to a call center in India with no information and no buy.com management.

In summary, I think it's a good deal pricewise, but if you order, GOOD LUCK!!!
