I personally ordered the Dell P991 19" monitor for $367 shipped which should arrive Friday (The P991 is a G400 clone. They do have the G400 for $398.36 shipped. Please note they do charge tax is some states.)

Your mileage will vary depending on what you are looking for (printer, ups, digital camera, hard drive, etc). Some of the prices are very reasonable, some are not.

Here is the tax information copied from my order confirmation from Dell:

"Dell Home Systems collects tax on orders delivered to Texas, Kentucky, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. For shipments to other states, tax relates to the third party service contract only. The purchaser is responsible for remitting any uncollected tax on their order directly to the local taxing authorities."

The free shipping for orders over $100 ends 7/6/01. The 20% off deal is available for "a limited time". I'm not sure where 7/3 comes in to play.

Have anyone try to PM STaples with the palm m505. If it works...it will be....

$448.95 - 20% = 359.16 - $40off$200 = $319.16 + $26.34(nyc tax) + $6(shipping) = $351.50!!!

Dell only charges tax in a few states (Texas and Tennessee are two I know off hand).

In my order confirmation email from Dell, they included the states for which they charge tax. I'll take a look at the email tonight and update the forum message. You may get a better deal through Dell when figuring in tax vs. pricematching with Staples (depending on where you live and what Staples wants for "pricematched shipping&quot.

I tried the pm with staples. they pm'ed. i used $30 off $150 coupon. I can't find any $40 off coupons on the tech bargains. they charged me tax for CA.
so
313.56-30.00=283.56 * 1.0825=306.95
It could be good if your tax is lower than CA. YMMV

You can use the printable 40 off of 200 coupon found in thread Here to be able to go to your local staples and take out the shipping risk and cost. This should work like a charm if I'm not mistaken.

Anyone know how the elsa gladiac stacks up to the other gf3's? I always thought elsa was one of the better brands, so in my mind this deal would be awesome.

I'm going to be building a new PC shortly, and I was thinking about getting the gladiac gf3, and the santa cruz from dell, total would be 354.36, shipping is free and no tax. Sounds like a sweet deal to me. Any comments?

This is actually the HOTTEST Dell deal that I've seen. Allow me to elaborate...

- A few weeks back there was the 10% off @ the home accessories section. Shipping was free for orders greater than $100 and you didn't have to pay tax.

- Then a week or so after that, there was the 20% promotion under the small business section. You had to pay for shipping and also had to pay taxes.

- Now, the deal is 20% off back under home accessories and no tax along with free shipping for orders greater than $100.

Additionally, don't forget about the addtitional 2% off when going through E-Bates.
