Cant blame them for having free shipping. I can care less how they package the dvds as long as they arrive them brand new condition.

Okay, maybe I didn't make it clear enough.
Between DDD throwing the DVDs into a box without {bubble wrap, peanuts} and the post office throwing it in/out of trucks, anything larger than a single DVD will be banged up, and some discs may break off their spindles and get scratched in the case.
That was my whole point - you will end up with DVDs in non-new condition. It's not many, and it's random, but to me it was enough of an inconvience to seek out other vendors.
Ooo. Well, that might affect me. I've never ordered a lot from them at once but just did. I'll inspect the merchandise and guess I'll have to exchange any damaged goods. Hope they've remedied that problem, will see. It just can't pay for them to try to cut corners by not packaging disks properly.Originally posted by: TerryMathews
I finally swore off DDD after about two years of randomly damaged items. They always stood behind their items, but by the time I paid return shipping and the delay waiting for a replacement, I was better off going with a company that actually puts their DVDs in protective packaging as opposed to throwing them in a box. BestPrices.com and Amazon.com (direct, not marketplace) both are excellent when it comes to shipping quality.
It should be noted that I am:
A) Picky as hell when it comes to box quality, especially when it's a box set or other form of cardboard boxing
B) Likely to order $200-$300 at a time, and thus have large orders. I've never been disappointed in DDD when I've done a one-off order. They've got a great single-DVD packaging. It's just their large box packaging that sucks.

Is the stuff in your cart? Try opening another session (browser window) and retry it. I'd make a list first, though, in case their system loses your cart. Reboot your machine, if necessary. If all else fails, call them up. They are reachable on the phone, IIRC.Originally posted by: Slickone

Well yes, it is or was in my cart. When I open a new window and try to view the cart now, it gives that same error though, instead of showing the cart. I was able to view it before entering a coupon.
