The problem I had earlier was on my PC at work. Came home, obviously different PC, had to add everything to cart again, entered coupon, and got the same error. Maybe one of the DVD's on their website is corrupt. Which wouldn't be surprising since I've noticed several errors on their website - wrong titles, wrong pictures.

Also tried to call (before noticing they'd closed) and their phone just hangs up. No recording saying their closed. Odd.

What browser have you been using? I had a similar problem with Firefox, but IE worked just fine.

This is the hottest deal going on DVD's when it's on, generally around 2x a year, the last year or two, for a week - 10 days. They have a limited catalog, but so does everybody, it seems. Columbia House join codes are also a good deal, but there's no weirdness to deal with at DDDVD like those 2 fulfillment titles, those pesky Director's Selections to dodge and the crazy Columbia House beaurocracy to deal with should you venture outside the buoys (or if the wind blows you outside the buoys). BTW, if you do the Columbia House thing, you really have to cancel after you get your fulfillment titles.

Yep, I was using IE in both cases. I was able to call them about 15 mins before they closed today to order. My total was ~$272 after discount.

Just arrived 15 minutes ago via UPS, to my surprise. In the past they've shipped me USPS but I guess because I ordered so much they splurged. One title (This is Spinal Tap) was OOS, and the included shipping slip said it will ship 6/28. Everything looks great, AFAICT. Could have been packed better, I guess, but all looks fine. It was in a box with a couple of pieces of tissue to keep things from jostling - moderately effective, I suppose.
