tv i have now was open box, no box i should say.. came with tv (duh), and manual, remote and warranty card was missing, but 'eh who cares about a box. been working great for 6 mos. had best buy plug it in at the store to check it. small scratches on back, otherwise fine.

some "open box" tv's looked like they were thrown from a moving car

they put them out when the get them, which would be product end of life, or when ever there is a return of a working TV

Everything that says 10% used to say 20%... that's the only difference. Even the barcode is the same. I tried using it today and they said they were only going to give me 10%.

There's another 20% coupon but it only applies to certain TVs. If you read the thread they wouldn't give him the 20% off either until he had to b*tch about it.
