Yes, the Westinghouse 37" and the Sceptre 37" are both true 1080p LCD displays. That means 1080p on the screen (an LCD panel 1920x1080) and accepts 1080p input as well.
It should be noted that the Westinghouse doesn't have a tuner- probably to drop the cost, since it's now required for TVs that have NTSC tuners to have ATSC ones as well. The Sceptre does have the tuners.
Is there a way to look on BB's website to see what open box items are in stock? I know you can look up instock status of normal price things, I'd just rather not drive 30 min to the closest BB to look.
