So I've got an old Socket 754 system I'm looking to upgrade in my den and I just built a couple of 690G systems and really liked them. Very simple to use and build.
My Antec TruePower 550w is the original one without the Faquhahok capacitors that explode and I'd rather not replace it because it's a pretty beefy single rail PSU.
Even without SATA and PCI-E connectors, I can add those on with adapters.
Do you think using a cheap 20 to 24 pin adatper is a good idea
