Time for a rant here.
Ordered the 2 spindles plus a box of staples to be delivered to my home yesterday.
Get home from work yesterday, and no package. I call OD, and the CSR assures me that it is on the truck to be delivered.....so, I wait until 7pm and still no delivery. Call OD back, fidn out that the packages (yes now there are 2) were actually sent via UPS from a store that is 3 hours away and that they wont be delivered to me until next Monday.
I call UPS with my tracking number, they say the packages will be sent today (Thursday).
Ok, I get home from work and find..... a box of staples in UPS mailer, but no cds.
Call UPS, both packages were supposedly loaded onto the truck and are en route
Its now 8:30pm and no package...Just got off the phone with my local UPS warehouse and he says the drivers are all back in and there was no box of cds even though it was scanned 4 different times during its journey to their hub.
He's giving me some GBS story about the scans being done automatically to relect where the package should be, not necessarily where it is.
I'm pissed as hell, and at this point I could strangle several UPS and OD employees in sitting.
