Raswan,
Do a Google search on GM body control module (BCM), there's issues with the BCMs found in models of that year. I have a 2001 Monte Carlo (110k) where the BCM got corrupted. From my reading, slight voltage surges (even those that should be within tolerances) can cause memory corruption of the BCM, generating all sorts of "electrical gremlins". In my case, the symptoms were:
Definitely try the recommendations here first that you can do yourself. After I checked all my wires, grounds, cleaned the battery terminals, used a voltmeter on the charging system, disconnected the negative battery terminal to reset the computer, etc., etc. My electrical gremlins kept coming back, and I had to take it to the dealer.
Unfortunately the BCM is a dealer only part. You can't even get one from a junk yard because it has to be programed with your VIN and paired with your radio (if stock); otherwise it won't work. It cost me about $530 to replace (parts & labor).
Hopefully you're problem is a simple (and cheap) loose wire.
P.S.
Here's a BCM failure on an Impala that has dead gauges. Looks like it can be a symptom.

In my case, the symptoms were:
- Door locks randomly locking/unlocking while driving or stopped
- My radio (stock) randomly getting locked out because the anti-theft system got triggered
- Check engine light, anti-theft light, battery light all coming on at various times
