I like Camaros, but GM needs to take that sh!t back to the drawing board! Enough with the retro bullsh!t already. I want something fresh and new. Come on GM, if you are going to reintroduce the Camaro, start from scratch and come out with something REALLY exciting! If I wanted something that looked like a '68 Camaro, I would buy a '68 Camaro. I want a cool looking, monsterously powerful 2009 Camaro!

You mean like what Pontiac did with the GTO :laugh:

I like this new '09 Camaro...retro styling and all. I'd love to have '68, but I wouldn't drive it - I like the modern conveniences like fuel injection, anti-lock brakes, air-bags, etc.

to my eyes however, i see the dodge as looking dated.

the camaro has lines i havent seen before and they look very nice.

I think if they raised up the rear a bit on that challenger it would be more appealing, the flat limp look kinda is.... "meh".

I like these retro styles... some of them are pretty cool!

They've been floating that concept around for about 5-6 years now and haven't built it yet. By the time they get around to building it the whole retro thing will be over. Another good move by GM. Keep up the good work guys...morons :roll:

how are they a day late? they will be releasing it with the challenger...

im assuming the mustang will be being redesigned, or face lifted for that year as well.


you know how the original muscle cars were released??

o yea, mustang, then challenger, then camaro.

the camaro made it longer than the challenger, GM just didnt like the niche it had, as well as the TA and Camaro stole sales from each other.

Well it's official, American engineers design the ugliest cars on the planet. I thought Korean cars were ugly but wow this stuff really blows. Hopefully GM goes out of business before this garbage is put on the road.
