Between reality shows, Leno's 5 night a week gig and nights of only reruns this is the last year for the networks as we have known them.
The cable channels now reach enough of an audience to make them the equals of the networks in reach, so there is really no rationale for the networks any longer.

I think we are entering a time of more shows of lesser quality spread amongst more stations.

I just went to watch history channel and they got on Ax Men.
I guess they now qualify programs as history material if they are recorded and not live.

and i'm saddened that reaper got canceled, but it wasn't really one of those shows that was going to last long anyway.

I'm hoping that Dollhouse and Terminator make it. They're both getting much better as they go on.

I also really like Kings, but I've heard it's already cancelled. I guess that's why they moved it to Saturday night.

oh yeah, dollhouse took a while to start up, but is getting good. though, it should have a determined lifespan. a lot of shows should honestly. shit gets dragged on for too long

Chuck's on at 8! Not 10!!! It's the perfect thing to watch before Heroes since Chuck never disappoints, Heroes on the other hand :|
