2010 Subaru STI Hatch

Any opinion on these?

Family member is interested, has 28,000 miles and seller has been negotiated down to 26k

Professionally tuned by a well-known shop in the area.
Has
AEM cold air intake
Greddy BOV
Agency power headers
AMR intercooler
Indivia Down Pipe
Magna Flow 3" exhaust

Don't know about those mods, would like to know what others think. Live in the mid-west, snows a lot. Subaru AWD platform is hard to beat.

Is it a Limited? WRX base should have started new around 26, around 30 if it was limited. I usually shy away from pre-modded. I'd rather mod it myself. 6 different brands in a few bolt-ons makes it seem like they didn't have the money to do it right.

STI, base on that should have been a bit north of 30

It's still 5 years old and modded. Not really +s in its favor.

For 26k I would spring for an unmolested, brand spanking new 2016 wrx (non sti non hatch) or even dare I say, a new Focus ST hatch

25.5k for 2014 wrx premium with 19k miles

But it had an engine replaced at 8k due a rod bearing
18k clutch replacement

Both were considered factory defects and completed by Subaru under warranty.

What do you all think?

IMHO the only reason to buy a used WRX is if you want a hatch. 25.5 for a 2014 is dangerously close to a new 2016. Am I missing something?

5 year old car with 28K miles tuned ... yea ... Its likely been driven very hard. I would not buy the car as a daily driver. If I wanted a "fun" car and was willing to pay the $$$ to fix it on a regular basis, then it might interest me,
