I have to say, I like the styling of the old one MUCH better than this new model. Still, if the interior is any better, I'm sold..

I like it, the rear of the car (from side view) looks a little like a CTS -- ie. I like how they are attempting to get a 'common' look.

I rented one of these a bit back, they surprisingly aren't so bad.

You know, i always thought it would be kinda fun to have a yugo/gremlin as a 4th car/shits and giggles toy if I lived out somewhere where you could just drive it to beat it up

The front end looks pretty generic. Actually the whole car does. Its not bad, its just kinda plain. I didn't love the old headlights, but these aren't great either (seem like they'd be better for a smaller car. Same with the grille. Its ok if you like understated cars, but it kinda screws that up with the LEDs and chrome.

I'd agree its not really a positive step in styling, but major change shouldn't be expected. Luckily the 300 was a better starting point than the Sebring.

I guess we're supposed to be wowed by its lights and wheels to the extent that we forget about its bland styling. The headlamps definitely needed reworking, however the pics suggest Chrysler robbed the 300 of its presence.

People didn't stop buying Dodge cause of styling but because of crappy interiors and powertrains, thank you Daimler.
So, once they prove they have this fixed then I'll worry about if I feel comfortable buying Chyrco again. Seems the new engines and interiors are vastly improved, if they have a transmission that can last more than the warranty I'll be interested

Apparently all of the new Chrysler cars' interiors are actually no longer utter dog shit.
I used to bow to mother Mopar, but over the last few years I just began to think they sucked, which is sad being they used to be my favorite. Only thing good all along was the RAM, even the Dakota went to shit back in 2005.

Now though, things are finally looking up. The new Grand Cherokee looks killer as well.

The 300 is a souped-down Mercedes IIRC. Explains the looks. No way I'd buy a Chrysler today. Just from my own experience with their cars at work. Always something wrong with them.

Blah. Older styling was better...although I still disliked it. I'm sure the new V6 is nice and negates the need for the HEMI (any other engine combo on the old car just sucked). Still not into it regardless of how much improved the engine and interior are.

To me, the frontend looks like that of a Benz. Also, I don't know anybody who would pay almost $40k for a Chrysler. Most of the people I see driving Chrysler 300s around here put 22" rims on them, black out the windows, and fill the trunk with subwoofers.
