I love that they change-up how you can earn the 'free' gift each day.
I didn't get anything the past couple of days and I'm tempted to get the Gothic pack today. I may also get the Jedi Knight Collection for my son. When you buy a pack as a gift do you have to gift the whole pack or can you pick and choose? I'm thinking it's the former.

What did they change? I did one new achievement today and I got a Prototype 66% off; and two free copies of the Ship suddenly appeared. Not sure how that happened.
Have to give the whole pack if you gift it.
Anyone know why the trading thread is closed/locked?
We already have a game exchange thread. Its located here:
http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2101496
I have locked this thread instead of merging it because there may be some active trades that need to be finished by PMs.
We are not going to have two separate game threads in two subforums. Please use the one that has been already set up.

I got all the prince of persia games. Good memories.
Any thoughts on gothic pack? Worth picking up?
I'm impressed and annoyed at the same time that MSRP for Black Op is still $60, and that Steam is not giving us a better deal than 50%......
I was thinking about the PoP games too. It looks like forgotten sands uses always on drm. Rest are just Steam.
I'd be blaming Activision for that. They stubbornly do not lower the price on the COD games for at least 2-3 years. I don't think MW1 hit a sub $20 price until the Christmas sale last year.

I received Sands of Time with a video card purchase. I really enjoyed that game. Combat is pretty basic, but the puzzles are interesting and the action is awesome. Graphics were better than I expected too. Had I purchased for $2.49, I wouldn't be disappointed at all.
But then again, I thought the movie put out by Disney was good too, so you may not want to trust my opinion
